I have been a Christ-follower for almost 50 years and am so grateful for Gods faithfulness through all the ups and downs of my life. I have been serving as a spiritual director for 10 years, and it gives me great joy to walk alongside other women who are seeking to grow in intimacy with Jesus. In addition to individual direction, I have led spiritual direction groups and directed silent retreats. I am currently involved with an organization called Thrive which provides spiritual direction to women on the mission field. I am married (38 yrs) and have two adult daughters.

Kerry lives in a little village outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico, with her high school sweetheart, Jason. They have two grown children, Aurora and Simon. She feels closest to God while she is in nature, walking amongst the cottonwoods near the Rio Grande. Kerry has been companioning others since 2012 through embodied practices like Christian yoga, meditation, and other creative disciplines that help people enter into the love of God. She longs to be a compassionate witness to those she walks alongside, and is open to innovative ideas and practices that connect people to God in mind, body and spirit.

I have been a Staff Pastor/Counseling Pastor for 40 years and love coming alongside those in vocational ministry as well as those stuck/stale in their relationship with God. I also love investing in those who want to become more aware of God's presence by learning to practice solitude, silence, stillness, Sabbath and learning to slow down. Kristen has a deep love for people and for the Lord. She spent several years in full-time ministry with Young Life, and many more as a volunteer. For quite some time she has felt an invitation from the Lord to slow down, recognizing that this invitation is continual and graciously extended by the Lord, even when ignored. She desires to help others learn to slow down and meet the Holy Spirit right where He is, where we sometimes have trouble seeing and hearing Him due to the constant chatter in and outside our busy minds.
