Vicky Gunning served as a partner with an international law firm for 34 years. During her last 2 years of law practice, she oversaw culture for the law firm's 20 offices, a role that amplified her calling of integrating faith at work. Since retirement in 2025, she has been volunteering on staff at her church leading the prayer ministry and small groups. She is also a trained Stephen Minister and has completed Level II training from the Society of St. Michael (deliverance ministry). Vicky is married to Michael, and they have one young adult son and two dogs.

Zoe serves on staff as the Director of Spiritual Formation at a small Anglican church in the Shenandoah Valley. She loves leading retreats and groups, but her favorite thing to do is meet with people one on one for spiritual direction, attending with them to the loving presence of God in their lives.
