I discovered the gift of silence and listening in a group setting. An awakening started that led me towards a deep journey and calling towards transformational contemplative ministry. I am passionate about walking alongside others, individually and in groups across cultures. I focus on creating spaces for others to be with God through spiritual direction, contemplative soul care retreats, and transformational training workshops. My prayer is one of abiding and transformation into Christlikeness that leads to a flourishing and renewing life and relational love and unity with God and others.
